First and most important of all and I can't stress this enough, BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! Make sure that you met in a public place. And take it slow. Take your time and get to know everything you can about this girl. There are some crazy folks out there!

Well first of be very careful....looks can be decieving.....!!

I would visit and see what shes like outside of myspace(so your good for trying this).

Hmm...be very careful, that's the only advice. You can always go for it and try all kinds of different things BUT please don't expect anything to work out, just give it a try. I am not saying it never works, it may, but if you have great expectations it can break your heart afterwards. So nothing against it but be careful :)
