to start off, i had or have this crush which grew to love on this girl since like 7 and 8 grade, i love her with all my life, i write her poems, love letters, and i keep tellin her how much i want to be with her, but she lives a lil ways apart, i only talk to her on myspace, and so far shes only wrote back like 4 times in like 4 months, should i just quit and give up, she reads my messages, i don't know what to do, it seems hopeless, its frustrating and sometimes i just brake down cryin, its hard

another thing i haven't seen her since 8 grade when i moved, so i just told her all this bout 4 months ago, i couldn't get in contact with her till then, so i don't know what to do

I know it might be hard to do, but I think you need to let her go. She obviously isn't romantically interested in you, so please, don't give your love to someone who doesn't love you back. I'm sure that there is still someone worth your love, who will also love you back.

woah buddy, u need to back off of her and just play it cool man, girls dont want guys that get all weird like that, the weird stuff ur doing like, always sending her stuff, having breakdowns...i'm sure u think she is worth it, ive been there but if u arent getting the affection u crave from her then u seriously need to back off of her and just let her be.

this is a hard one, you should at least tell her 1 more time and if she doesn't want to be with you still then you should find another girl, it's no use liking her if she doesn't like you back because there could be other girls that like you and you just don't know because you were paying too much attention to that girl.............

Im kind of in the same situation myself, but ppl keep telling me to move on and find someone I deserve. That is very good advice and they are right, I think you should move and find someone deserving to be loved, someone who will make you feel better about yourself and who will return that love. Forget her. You have the whole world opening up to you so don't blow it by limiting yourself to a girl you can't even see on a daily basis. You have to be practical about this. That means going with what your brain is saying (and you KNOW what it is saying) rather than your emotions. DO NOT THINK FOR A SECOND THAT YOUR "HEART" HAS THE ABILITY TO THINK! It does not. Only your brain is able to clearly process the cause-and-effect situations that keep you from putting your hand into a fire. I know it sucks to read this but please believe me, as a woman who remembers clearly what it was like to be in the 8th grade, you are fighting a losing battle. Not because of who you are or what you look like. It is because you are not in her daily-face-to-face-world. Myspace will never be able to bridge the gap between that and online typing. Typing is just a bunch of letters that create just a bunch of words. Focus on the people who can hear your voice, see your eyes, smell your scent, etc. That is where true human contact can result in great relationships.
