On myspace, if the profile is viewable, you can see pictures %26amp; comments %26amp; read abt ppl's lives. Well, I started reading his profile %26amp; he had fallen in love with another girl (she also had a profile). I started following their love story all the way up to their wedding, which was beautiful. It was a real romantic love story. At the same time, I'm also following some of their friends lives. This was like a real reality show only these ppl don't know I'm watching them. I'm not trying to contact them or do anything to them, just find their lives interesting.

Well, abt 2 wks ago, the new wife take down her profiles %26amp; the guy put up a warning abt hurting anyone that hurts his family. It was a very much a warning. Do you think they knew I was reading their profiles daily?

Do you think it's weird that I got so interested in these ppl's lives that I have nothing to do with???

I sort of became obsessed, even knowing their wedding date!

What do you all think? Am I crazy???

For the life of me, I can't figure out why people put their lives up on a public place for everybody to read. I don't think that his wife yanked her profile because of you reading. Obviously, somebody left her a bad or scary comment and/or became obsessed with her- perhaps a friend of your friend who used to date the guy? And yeah, it's a little weird to get so wrapped up in somebody else's crap...not crazy, just weird.

I doubt the warning was to you...but the fact that you even thought it was tells me you are wayyy too wrapped up in this and need to step back and stop obsessing.

It's drama................people love drama. If they have public profiles then you are the "public" so you can look all you want. If they do not want people "watching" their lives then they can remove the myspace page or make the profile "private" so that you cannot see any of the details. I really doubt that the comment about hurting someone and the removal of the wife's profile had anything to do with you.

no there's no way they can know, even though there are some programs that claim to be able to track people who look at your profile, but those are all just phishing programs. i don't think the message is directed at you. however, maybe it would be good for you to take some time off from their lives. sounds like something is missing from your life and you're living vicariously through theirs. you're not crazy, almost all people do this, they just do it by watching soap operas or reality shows. my advice: make your life as exciting and interesting as these people's seem to be, and you won't need to spend some much time reading about theirs!
