But he tells her he loves her and wants to be with her for a very long time!What does that mean???

I don't think that it's something to really worry about.It is just myspace. I do think that she should talk to him about it if it bothers her.He is probably just being a guy and typing what he is thinking instead of a girl wo will just think in her head like" Damn he is fine" or stuff like that.

When a guy is that young, it is hard for him to settle down like a girl would want him to. She is probably mentally ready to handle that kind of commitment, but he clearly is not (and most 18 year old guys are not). It is possible to love someone, but want to constantly flirt with other people. It's called, having your cake and eating it too. It sounds like they are in the right place, but at the wrong time. They might truly love each other, but this guy is not ready to settle down and give this girl the respect that she deserves. And if she doesn't see that, even though she loves him, then she has got a heartbreak heading her way. Love is blind.
