Most guys in solid relationships should honor, respect and uphold that relationship by not entertaining the possibility of having sex with another woman. That's the right thing to do.

You need to set him straight by saying something like " I find it inappropriate that you are saying things to other women that make you appear single, available and looking for sex." He needs to consider your feelings or the relationship is not mutually exclusive. There has to be respect going both ways or the relationship is doomed. If your needs are not fully met by this guy, there are so many guys that are willing to take his place. Don't waste your time with cheaters. They will break your heart into a million pieces.
